This is a sturdy stand, with the usual trade off of weight versus stability. It folds up flat, but JUST fits into a standard back pack. For the acoustic-electric crowd, the clearance of the bottom of the guitar is such that you'll need a right-angle plug if you want to leave it plugged in at gigs.

You can adjust the stand to be wider or narrower, but I haven't needed or tried that feature.

I'm pleased. It's my first stand, although I've played the guitar for 40 plus years. About time!

I was looking for a stand that was collapsible so that I could carry it with me to cello class...I was tired of my instrument getting knocked over and bumped into. But I also wanted it to be sturdy enough to withstand being repeatedly used and taken down. Being attractive and unobtrusive were also on the list. I got everything I wanted with this stand. It holds my cello securely and I love being able to carry it with me to class and not having to lay my cello down in the path of destruction. I originally bought this stand for my acoustic guitar and it worked marvelously. After I got a guitar case, I started using it for my cello... again, it worked beautifully. It's sturdy, well-made, and nicely sized (it was easy to fit into my dorm room). It's well-worth the price.

I used to have a SoyJoy and one time I forgot to add the water and it melted. Made the same mistake with the Nutritionist and it didn't melt. That proves that the Nutritionist is safer. I also realized that the Nutritionist was just better. If you are used to commercial soy milk, you may not like the real thing... it doesn't have the additives and sweeteners that make it more like cow's milk. Some key points: 1. use organic beans (why go to this trouble otherwise?) 2. soak the beans overnight, around 10 hours = better flavor 3. fill the basket with soaked peas = more flavor 4. only fill the water to the minimal level = not watery 5. only remove from the heating element until it cools = more flavor 6. use Stevia for a sweetener = cuts the beany taste + no calories Note: the soaking time will change with the season, less time is needed in warm weather and more in colder weather. Cleaning: do it right away after removing the milk. You can use a stiff brush for most of the surfaces. For the inner basket use and old toothbrush or a plastic scouring pad that you can control with a single finger. You will want to dismantle the blade at some point to replace the metal washer (gets rusty) with a plastic washer. I actually lost the top unit and was able to get a replacement by calling the manufacturer. $20 for a top (no basket) and new cylnder.

I followed the instruction when making the milk, but it alway had the "beep" sound in the middle of the process and stop operating, i would not want another unit of this. worst household machine ever...

I've had this unit for about a month now and have made 5 or so batches of soy milk. I must say, I love this unit, and the ease of use. Clean up is a snap, and very important. I wash all the necessary parts in my dishwasher. Any leftover soy pulp will soon develop an off flavor. As to the milk itself, it is thick, rich and creamy. I don't mind the beany flavor and I don't try to mask it with any flavorings. On my first batch I added sugar and vanilla. Now I just use it plain.

A wonderful value for a VERY LARGE, very WELL MADE stock pot from a reputable manufactuer, at a TERRIFIC price. Now, how often can you say that these days? Buy this, buy this, buy this -- you will not be disappointed!

T-Fal always does the job. This 12 qt nonstick is no exception to some of the best cookware out there. What at first seemed a little odd, ending up being the best part of the large pot. It is TALL and thats where you get the quantity of the 12qts. SO, that means I can fit several large pots on my stove and this pot doesnt take up all the space like my other 12qt pots do. Even my daughter chose this one over the others when she prepares things. I will always be a T-Fal fan, and this pot does the job, nonstick, easy to clean, doesnt burn my stews! Love it and would recommend it to anyone. The price at amazon made it worth buying online. Other sites were way more expensive.
